My new A5 convertible was the 4th Audi from Flemington Audi. The reason I have gone back again and again is that everything and everyone there is top notch. Stay away; purchased 2 vehicles this year from here and referred several people. I will be going to Audi bridgewater for sales and service now. What happened to customer service? Had purchased a brand new Q5 and had a great experience. One issue was a check engine light on day 2. A loaner car was provided and the service department got it resolved quickly and at no charge. I went in on Saturday to buy a new, 2024 RS5, Competition package. I gave them a CC for a deposit and would come back Monday to pick up the car. I went through all of the paperwork on Monday and signed for package. I gave them a CC for a deposit and would come back Monday to pick up the car. I went through all of the paperwork on Monday and signed for the Odometer reading at 20 miles. We complete everything, I'm shown the car and drive off. As I'm riding home, I noticed the Odometer had 289 miles on it. I called the sales rep, John Rachmiel and asked what was going on, hoping there was just a glitch. He said, "oh, no one told you? Our 70 year old GM drove the car as a commuter for a while and put a couple hundred miles on it." I told him, no John, no one told me. It would have been an entirely different conversation had someone provided that information. I emailed John De La Rosa to explain I was incredibly upset that I was misled to believe this car was brand new. It was actually someone's commuter. He assured me, Flemington would make it right as customer service is long term partnership. I received a call from the GM Tyrek Alanos. He informed me, there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. I told him - you sold me a car without telling me someone had used it as their commuting vehicle - it was a standard commute for someone for a week. After over 24 hours of negotiating, he offered me a service and a detail. I told him that would be ok if he were to put it in writing. I then get an email stating the detail had to be done within 60 days of the car being purchased (knowing they were going to apply Cilajet - this is really just a hosing off of the car). He also went back on his word about the service, limiting it ONLY oil change and fluids in the email. I responded with asking if he just covered the fourth service and detail when it was needed. He told me, "These are my terms." I was misled and lied to several times by numerous people at this dealership. With them offering to do a detail, it's apparent they can help - they just don't want to, refusing to let me do it when I found it appropriate. While speaking with Tyreke, he told me everyone in the dealership knew the car had been used, yet - no one even thought to tell the guy who was buying the $95,000 car. You would hope when spending this kind of money on a car, the dealership would be open with you. Not only did they get me into the car and sell it to me before letting me know it was a commuter for a week - they lied to me about what they would give me to make it right. From someone who's purchased four Audi's prior to this, I really expected to be treated better. Clearly, this dealership is only looking for the immediate sale, no concern about the customer and most importantly, no ethics. Dan Petrillo More

Reached out to Flemington for vehicle demand request, to my surprise an allocation for EU delivery came within a few weeks after working with Chris. I quickly spec out, placed an order in Nov 2023. Now I have just completed a dream vacation along with my dream car picked up in Stuttgart. We visited 5 countries in this EU trip, driven many Alps passes in Italy and Switzerland.
