The sales manager Robyn showed me outstanding customer service as well. Honestly this was my first time getting a car here and I was not disappointed at all. They made this deal very easy and smooth.. the last process with my last car took very long and I was there longer than I had wanted. This experience for me here at Pohanka was super quick and easy and again I can’t express enough that the customer service was top tier 12 out of 10… even the finance manager was wonderful to talk to… he was very professional and he got me together... explained thoroughly about my payments and how everything was being processed. During the summer of 2020, my husband and I visited the dealership and was met at the door by Victoria. She brought us over to her desk and willingly answered all the questions we had, no hesitation. When we came back in the winter time, ready to purchase, Victoria again, willingly assisted us with the best service. With the pandemic, we weren’t willing to be in public places for long periods of time. And with the length of time car buying takes, she made us feel confident that we were save and protected during our time there. Even though back office messed up a bit of our paperwork after purchase, and she was not at fault, Victoria went out of her way to own the mistakes and did all she could to resolve it.
