Service department misplaced my wheel locks and on my most recent service visit they couldn’t find them. I was told I could pick up my car at 7am they did not open until 7:31am, it also states on websit most recent service visit they couldn’t find them. Once they were open i was told i couldn’t come inside i had to wait outside until they got the line down just to pick up my car. My head and brake lights kept going out so brought my car in to be serviced I was told I would have to leave my car and that it most likely wouldn’t even get diagnosed for a week. I took my car to Oursiman Hyundai had my car diagnosed parts ordered and repaired in less than a week. This has been by far my worst experience with a dealership and would never recommend. More

Had scheduled with their sales rep to review and test a used car, a 2017 Maxda CX-9. The rep contacted me and we were set to meet at 1 PM. My wife and I showed up on time, only to discover the car was no used car, a 2017 Maxda CX-9. The rep contacted me and we were set to meet at 1 PM. My wife and I showed up on time, only to discover the car was not drivable. The battery was dead, and damage was showing that was not shown or listed on their website for the vehicle. He was unable for whatever reason to get a replacement battery or to get enough charge into the one that was dead. Thus, we could not test drive. As to the hood scratches--he claimed it was likely caused by their own people clearing the snow and ice from the vehicle. Maybe Pohanka management should review the standard operating procedures and monitor their staff in how they handle the product. Wow! Wasted our time and efforts. The only thing we were able to do was see if my wife, who is 100% disabled, could get in and out of the vehicle. Any business that treats its customers this poorly, and is as unprepared to properly prepare the product they are in the business of selling, has a big, internal issue. More
