It was the most pleasant, non-stressful and satisfactory experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Much of this was due to Nate, who was great, but the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Racquel was extremely helpful in scheduling time to view/test drive vehicles. She was very knowledgable about the car I was looking at purchasing. She understood what I was looking for and exactly wh view/test drive vehicles. She was very knowledgable about the car I was looking at purchasing. She understood what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. She made every attempt to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. This included having Navigation in my vehicle. Although the vehicle did not originally come with that, she ensured that it would be installed at a later day. Racquel was extremely friendly and has a very warm personality. Racquel informed me that the navigation system was in and ready to be installed on my vehicle and gave me the day I needed to drop the vehicle off. On the scheduled day I dropped the vehicle off. The day (at the end of the day ~ 5:30PM) I was supposed to pick my vehicle up, I arrived at the dealership to find my vehicle parked in the same exact spot where I had left it and no navigation installed. I walked into the dealership and was asked "How are you?" I stated that I was fine until I saw my vehicle with no navigation installed, what happened. At that point, I was provided information that the navigation system that was ordered was not the correct one for my vehicle and that the correct one had been ordered and that it should be in within a few weeks (early July). This I don't understand as this vehicle was new and all the specs should have been in the system when ordering the part. They stated they would contact me again when the part arrives and schedule the installation. I said all that to say, why could I have not been contacted by someone/anyone earlier in the day when it was realized? Regardless, I know I would have to pick up my vehicle anyway but it would have been proper customer service to inform me prior to my anticipated arrival. Customer service should be follow-up, communication and ensuring the customer is kept abreast of what is going on. This is the reason why I rated customer service as OK instead of Good or Great. I have been promised by the manager Skip that everything will be taken care of and that I will receive everything that was promised to me. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase, I just wished that the customer service dealing with the navigation system installation could have been better handled.
