Mr. Penna came in on his day off to meet with us, provided excellent customer service and was very thorough throughout the sales process from beginning to close as well as follow up after the sale. We are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. My friends have questioned why I drove to Maryland to purchase my vehicle instead of having it sent to a local dealer to pick up. The primary reason for this outstanding experience was the superb professionalism and knowledge of my sales person. She was attentive but never overbearing. She answered every question I had and also solicited assistance from one of the other sales team members who also had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle. She has called me twice since I purchased the vehicle to check on my level of satisfaction and to determine if I had other questions related to my new car. Unfortunately, I live outside of Maryland and will not be able to have the car serviced at this dealership. More
