Mr. Penna came in on his day off to meet with us, provided excellent customer service and was very thorough throughout the sales process from beginning to close as well as follow up after the sale. We are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. My friends have questioned why I drove to Maryland to purchase my vehicle instead of having it sent to a local dealer to pick up.
