She don’t know xxxx about cars and shouldn’t even be there, but I’m in a majority black community so this is what we get. They offered to change transmission fluid. They offered to put new tires on today. They offered to a line of vehicle today, but I have two screws missing out of my turbo cover and they never offered to change that or to put two small screws in the manager said they don’t carry a screws but they took my $200. They did nothing except lie to me either. They are horrible liars or Honda needs to be banned from shipping car to United States Altogether. Let’s go Trump xxxx them up for me. Get these pathetic cars out of the US so they can close the dealerships along with them. We don’t need them.. I had to get out of line wait about 10 minutes for Jackie to come assist me. Then Jackie tells me my paperwork is with Ronda! I walk back over get in the line again for my paperwork to be in the drawer ready the entire time! I don’t appreciate that my time was waisted because someone failed to do the due diligence of their job properly! Every time I come to this location this same cashier gives me a hard time! Hopefully she receives proper training to not be a headache for the next customer. More

Don’t go here! Tried to charge me 500$ to replace my trunk latch with 3.23 hours of labor quoted. I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Pohanka Honda and paid it off. In May of 2024, I received a letter from MVA that the vehicle was a Salvaged Vehicle. I have contacted the dealership regarding this sit paid it off. In May of 2024, I received a letter from MVA that the vehicle was a Salvaged Vehicle. I have contacted the dealership regarding this situation and have not been compensated for the fact that this vehicle was salvaged. It is now September 2024, and the managers have not made any attempt to rectify this situation. I have filed a law suit regarding fraudulent activity by Pohanka and now will take my case to the Attorney Generals Office. I wanted Pohanka to make this situation amicable for both parties however they have refused to reach out to me to right a wrong even though my attorneys office has sent them multiple correspondence and I myself have sent an email to the attorney representing Pohanka. I would discourage anyone fir purchasing a vehicle from them as they are unprofessional, untrustworthy and has demonstrated fraudulent activity regarding the purchase of a vehicle. Buyer Beware!!!! Terrible dealership. My niece bought her car from here 5 months ago. 3 weeks ago she had to take it in and they said it would cost her 2k to fix. After she paid them, she called to check on when it would be ready for pick up and they said they couldnt find it!! how do you lose a car?! eventually they called her back and said it was taken to another shop but it will be ready in 2 days. she picked it up on Friday the 25th and today the 28th! it is not turning on!!! how can a new car have this many issues?! the GM has been very nasty to my niece and they do not care. I brought my dad, Jiame, there almost a year ago to purchase a new vehicle. Since that time, he has had nothing but bad experiences with your service department. Within 24 hours of purchase, the rubber purchase a new vehicle. Since that time, he has had nothing but bad experiences with your service department. Within 24 hours of purchase, the rubber from around his windows began to fall off of a BRAND NEW CAR. Every time, he brings the car in for service, they claim that they are fixing it and it never gets fixed. Today (11.20.23) he dropped his car off for regular service at 8am. At 3:20pm they couldn't find his keys and when they did locate it at 3:35pm, the car had not been serviced all day. All day for an oil change and no service. He works LYFT rideshare full time and lost a day's worth of wages, waiting on nothing. To top it off, he is scheduled to travel to SC for the holiday from Wed-Sun and the car isn't serviced.
