I'm driving my fourth Honda. Eleven years ago, I arrived in Fredericksburg in a nine-year old Accord EX; my second Accord. Because of an unknown censor failure, my 1990 Accord, with just over 345,000 miles, in Fredericksburg in a nine-year old Accord EX; my second Accord. Because of an unknown censor failure, my 1990 Accord, with just over 345,000 miles, died on my way to work one morning in November 2005. I had my car towed to Pohanka, and the service department contacted me later in the day to tell me I needed a new engine. There was no oil in the crankcase! During the day, and through several phone conversations with the dealership, I arrived back at Pohanka Honda after work, and drove out with a 2005 Accord, a car I expected to drive for at least another 345,000 miles. All of my service was again carried out at Pohanka Honda, and I got to know Mike Traber, who still works there, very well. On December 24, 2009, while driving to a nearby grocery store, another vehicle struck me in an intersection. It wasn't until June 16, 2010, that I finally got around to replacing my 2005 Accord. Of course, I went back to Pohanka Honda, and drove away with a 2010 Civic EX. Everyone I have ever met at Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg, Virginia, over the past eleven years, has given me complete and personalized service. I have never received less than a wonderful reception nor have I received less than perfect service. First of all I would like to thank the great staff of Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg for a wonderful visit. I traded in a 2008 Honda Accord LX-P for a 2010 Honda Pilot EX. In the few months I had my Pilot I grew to love it. Unfortunatley due to economic times and cut backs at my employer I was unable to keep my Pilot. I called Pohanka and spoke with Bill Hamilton Jr. and Ken Graham they made me feel at ease on the phone and told me to come in and they would take care of me. That they did. As soon as I arrived to the dealership Bill came out and greated me and my daughter with a hug and reassured me that everything would be alright. We sat down inside and talked about what kind of car I was looking at, I chose a 2010 Honda Accord because I previously had an Accord and loved it.
