Mike made everything happen in a timely and orderly fashion, was extremely professional, and made the purchasing a no hassle gig. Mike made the experience one to always remember and I will come back and purchase another car in the future. Mike took all steps appropriate and worked with me every step of the way, always kept communication open and was extremely, and I cannot stress that enough, respectful with what I wanted and what he wanted. I'm so impressed with the way that business was conducted that I came back a second time and purchased another vehicle through Mike. I'll be posting that comment shortly. This was absolutely, by far, the most terrible experience I've ever had in over 30 years of working with car dealers!?! Pohanka Honda had a very specific car I wanted. Although I lived about 3 hours away, I've ever had in over 30 years of working with car dealers!?! Pohanka Honda had a very specific car I wanted. Although I lived about 3 hours away, I was more than willing to drive that far and make a deal. Well then the nightmare started...I had many e-mails and phone calls not returned? I was told at least 5 times that one of two people would call me back, but that never happened! When I could actually could get Shavon or Rocky on the phone, they were rude, shuffling papers, or even attempting to talk to someone else while dealing with me? They also would not give me specifics about the Honda Accord I wanted and the deal itself?!? They were very…deliberately evasive and deceptive! I was treated so rudely and in such a disrespectful manner, I'm amazed that these two could ever sell a single car. I wasted a week trying to deal with these two extremely unprofessional and rude individuals! There's something to be said for common decency and having good manners... More

From what I saw and heard...with everyone he dealt with that day, And added pleasantry was finding out that my SRS malfunction was under warranty ... no charge! Pohanka in Fredericksburg provides a comfortable place to wait to have service done on your car. The coffee was great too! The only thing they need now is donuts or pastries...LOLOLOLOLOL. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Sport from Pohanka Honda. I worked with Bill Hamilton. Bill was kind, courteous and made me feel like he really cared about finding the best auto for me. He took the time to educate me on all of the different features and explained in great detail how everything worked- going as far as programming my phone to ensure I had hands free phone use before leaving the lot. SAFETY FIRST! Bill followed up we me 1 and 2 days after the sale. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable in the new car. Since my purchase in early January, I have had 4 friends purchase auto's from Pohanka with Bill. They all have had the same kind words and shared their awesome experience with him. I left the dealership not only with an awesome new car, but a friendship!
