Cannot follow Truecar Quote the dealer provides Everything went great. When it came to the final checkout, it was learned that while they stated they would follow the true Car quote they sent me whi Everything went great. When it came to the final checkout, it was learned that while they stated they would follow the true Car quote they sent me which included the the processing fee of $799.00, They charged another processing fee out the door of $799.00. They tell me they have no choice but to charge this fee and agree, the processing fee was included in the price quote they send me through USAA True car. There hands are tied, they are required to include it in their offer price, then charge it again as a separate item. More

Crooks and unprofessional —The service advisor hit on me in front of my husband and made me feel highly uncomfortable when i came to pickup my vehicle from what he said to me —The service advisor hit on me in front of my husband and made me feel highly uncomfortable when i came to pickup my vehicle from what he said to me. —They lied about the diagnostic fee being worked into the costs if I got the repairs done there. —they called me with more questions than answers after running diagnostics —the service advisor told me I’d have to be charged to find out what a whining noise was in my engine (I brought the car in for an engine light) —I told them what the problem was (misfire that didn’t get corrected with plugs and coil packs, my van was part of the piston ring issue for ‘11 odyssey’s) —service advisor lied to me of final out the door costs and of a 50% discount on a part. —they replaced all 6 piston rings vs the 4 that were required by service bulletin (essentially costing me more money) Only good thing about this visit was Honda decided to pay 75% of the costs to re ring the pistons. But that was Honda, not Pohanka. More
