What is the point of lemon law if the company can just claim and say that “there’s nothing we can do for you at this time” word for word and then that’s it. Either accept their terms and BS of an offer claim and say that “there’s nothing we can do for you at this time” word for word and then that’s it. Either accept their terms and BS of an offer or try and file a lawsuit but then have a chance of losing because you’re going up against a grand jury who can decided to favor with them. Completely disappointed, angry and everything in between with this whole thing. Especially knowing that they have just recently bought back two vehicles with the exact same issues as mine. NEVER will I buy another Honda, and this was my first experience with buying a Honda. How sad. For the record and for the ones that don’t know I bought a brand new Honda Odyssey and after a week of us having it home all of the problems started and they have yet to be able to fix the issues totaling a number of days over 45 with attempting to fix it and us bringing it in over 9 times.  Under the law of most states, for a vehicle to be considered a lemon, the car must 1) have a "substantial defect," covered by warranty, that occurs within a certain time after purchase, and 2) continue to have the defect after a "reasonable number" of repair attempts (3) More

Cannot follow Truecar Quote the dealer provides Everything went great. When it came to the final checkout, it was learned that while they stated they would follow the true Car quote they sent me whi Everything went great. When it came to the final checkout, it was learned that while they stated they would follow the true Car quote they sent me which included the the processing fee of $799.00, They charged another processing fee out the door of $799.00. They tell me they have no choice but to charge this fee and agree, the processing fee was included in the price quote they send me through USAA True car. There hands are tied, they are required to include it in their offer price, then charge it again as a separate item. More
