I recently purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V from this dealership. I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend them. Everything was done online until I picked up the vehicle. While I wish the dealer was closer, it was well worth the drive. Tim Willis was great and I am very happy with my choice. They also made any adjustments I needed due to Covid. More

I'm hard pressed to discribe how angry and frustrated I an with this company. A $38000 Odyssey I bought at this HONDA dealership developed a transmission problem. With help from the internet I identified t an with this company. A $38000 Odyssey I bought at this HONDA dealership developed a transmission problem. When I called Pohanka's service department to see if this was a known problem I talked to a rude service Manager who told me to bring it in and for $155 he would tell me the problem. I called Ray the Manager of the company and was told that yes there was a problem with the transmission and that it would cost me between $400 and $450. Between being lied to by the service manager and now being told the cost for the repair I decided to get it repaired. $505 dollars later my car was repaired. They even invented a name for the problem they called it a "Judder". No other transmission company could repair the problem because HONDA owned the solfware. I have owned numerous Honda. I will not buy another one. Terrible company, I would give them less then one star of possible. Do not trust this company, in my opinion. More

What an absolute terrible experience! It is very clear that the salesman we specifically worked with is all about moving on to the next. After texting with the salesman, and asking if I would be by today that the salesman we specifically worked with is all about moving on to the next. After texting with the salesman, and asking if I would be by today to look at the vehicle we then drove an hour and a half to get to Pohanka Honda. After receiving no response from my messages we walked into the dealership to he told by the salesman the vehicle had been sold. Per the salesman “that’s my bad, that’s on me”. No message back confirming the vehicle had been sold. Although we didn’t lock in the vehicle, the decent thing to do would of been to message back confirming that he in fact knew we were coming. After being told the vehicle had been sold, a manager stopped by the front desk and didn’t even acknowledge us. Poor poor business plan. More

No one loves going to a car dealership, and looking for a new car during a chip shortage mad things even less pleasant. Pohanka had a much better selection, and Jim worked really hard to make sure we were happy with the car we got. He beat the price of the Richmond dealerships by $4k and was not slimy or pushy at all. Then he had the car delivered to our home in Richmond at no extra cost. So it was definitely worth the 1 hour trip for a much better experience. More
