I purchased this car the first day driving at home had electrical problems. I have not had this car more than three days. They’ve had it more than I have. I’ve had the rental car more than I’ve had my own car. They do not care they do not care about what is wrong with my car because they are not offering me another car. That’s been in five times, and they still can’t figure it out and you still have the car. Customer service sucks. The guy at the customer service desk is very rude and does not care. I had to bring the car in and he knew I needed a rental car a left and did not even tell a manager that I was driving the car back. I didn’t even get home and had to bring the car back this dealership does not care about their customers or customer service. A good dealer would take the car back and give me a different car but no they’re not going to do that so I have to do a Lemon law. The car has been in over five times you still have the car. It’s been over 30 days total time in the shop. I have not had it more than three days. This is sad. I would never buy a car from them again. More

The problem with the vehicle lift-gate was not fixed. It will not lift to its maximum height. The service people are very nice and tried three times, installing new parts (I presume) on different service visits. I use the rear cargo area daily and have to interact with the lift-gate a lot. If I forget to push the lift-gate up manually, I bump my head on it. That’s because it stops 6 to 8-inches lower than it can/should travel in total. Using the vehicle’s lift-gate adjustment procedure of manually positioning it and pressing the close button for 3 seconds does not work. I use concierge service when possible, for the vehicle's service - which I appreciate very much. The nice gentleman who brought the vehicle back to my home handed me a service report - however, it had no information. There was nothing about what service was performed, what parts were used or whether it was tested after the service. I opened the lift-gate, anticipating it would travel to its full height. It failed. Nothing has changed. None of the service activities have made any difference. Apparently, some parts were simply installed, with no attempt to determine whether the lift-gate travels to its maximum height. I am only 5'-9", so this must be a problem for a lot of people who are taller than me. Perhaps this is a design flaw? Whatever the source of the problem may be, it is annoying. I decided it was pointless to call the service department. I have resolved to just keep shoving the lift-gate up manually, and forget about trying to get it to work properly. That's a shame. I expect better from Lincoln. More
