I requested an Out the Door Price on a 2021 California Special Mustang. Plaza Lincoln Responded with a complete break down of the purchase price, taxes, license, and all the fees, and they even offered a Special Mustang. I ask several other dealers for the same information. Only 2-3 replied, and it took at least 2 attempts to get the information. Plaza Lincoln was very transparent right away. So I made the 62 mile drive and was greeted by the salesman Gaige Tracy, whom I had been communicating with and he was very polite, and professional. We took a test drive in the new car and he was very courteous the whole time. Back at the dealership, he introduced me to the sales manager, whom I had spoken to on the phone also. Gaige complimented me on doing my homework on researching the value of my car and quickly put together a deal that he he took to the manager. He came back with an offer which included another discount on the new car and a reasonable offer on my car. I advised him that if he could get an additional $500 for my car, I would buy the new one. After speaking to his manager, they agreed and the deal was complete. No long back and forth, no sales pitch for additional products, or stipulations on how I have to pay for the car. No games. 15 minutes later, I was in the finance office signing all the papers completing the new registration etc. In the meantime they had the new car in the detail shop getting it all cleaned and waxed and ready to go. The whole process was seamless with no pressure, and they treated me with nothing but respect, and courtesy, and a professional attitude. No games, no gimmicks. It turned out to be time well spent.
