Repairs to CTS Touchscreen had frozen up. A new screen was ordered and installed in 2 days as promised. Asked for a tire rotation and oil change also and it was don Touchscreen had frozen up. Friendliness cleanliness, professional, courtiousness, and great location are all truly appreciated. Also a 2019 car was loaned which was awesome. Poor communication from service dept. Came in with my 2014 cts 2.0t due to multiple check engine lights and rough idle. 44k miles on car. Technician believed exhaust valve had broken. Rece Came in with my 2014 cts 2.0t due to multiple check engine lights and rough idle. 44k miles on car. Technician believed exhaust valve had broken. Received a phone call advising me car was 3 weeks out of warranty, and 4k miles out of warranty. Repairs for a broken exhaust valve would be approx. $800. Advised dealer to proceed with repairs. While doing research on common 2.0t problems, I learned there was a 6 yr. 60k. mile powertrain warranty. I called dealer back, and was told yes, the warranty will cover exhaust valve under warranty. Several days later I asked for a loaner car, which I received a few days later. After a week I was told the whole motor was being replaced for a cracked piston, and car would be done in another week. When I picked my car up, the dash lights had a mind of their own, going bright and dim. Dealer advised they would call me with a solution, after a week never did. The night after getting car with a new motor, low oil light came on, car was a quart low. The oil life was also never reset as my new motor was indicating 67% oil life. Would not take my lawnmower in for service. If you like not having any communication with the people working on your vehicle, please use this service dept. More
