Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We enjoyed our buying experience with our sales person Tim Phillips. Tim was helpful and courteous. The dealership had a nice supply of inventory to choose from. The service are people are very friendly and helpful. However the wait time is ridiculous. I have been to this dealership 3 different times and different reasons. The wait times are unacceptable. Lance has it together he's a (10), from the sale to delivering the car to me. He was in contact every step of the way upfront and honest from start to finish. Service Dept. (Henry) is a guy you can't a delivering the car to me. He was in contact every step of the way upfront and honest from start to finish. Service Dept.
