Conversation this morning was about the oil change sign that came up after 5000 miles from the previous oil change. I didn't want to take 3 hrs off of work again to get the issue resolved which is your technicians mistake that he didn't reset the service meter for another 10000 miles. I was even willing to get the oil change done only after 5000 miles. But the owner gave me attitude and said that he wasn't going to entertain the NONSENSE. Just because I didn't buy the car from him.
