I purchased a Jetta for my daughter, I must say that dollar for dollar the Jetta is just marvelous. And Platinum prices were far better than any other dealer I visited in Long Island. If buying or leasing a new VW I would strongly recommend calling Manny, he is absolutely great and very pleasant to work with. And it doesn't stop there, the finance manager Bill explained the paperwork on a very professional manner, but wait don't forget Jim, he is the delivery coordinator and explained the Jetta and all its features with no rush. I must say these guys are the real deal. Keep up the good work. More

The worst car buying experience of my life! I needed get a car due to an accident. I went to Platinum VW in Westbury, NY. The salesman, "DOC", wrote down a price quote for the car I wanted. I I needed get a car due to an accident. I went to Platinum VW in Westbury, NY. The salesman, "DOC", wrote down a price quote for the car I wanted. I then went to Bayside VW with the quote. They warned me that this was just a "tactic" to get a sale. When I returned to Platinum to close the deal, they did not honor the price written for the model discussed. They blamed the computer screen for the pricing error. BEWARE! Unfortunately it's still true - bring another person with you to negotiate! This experience at Platinum epitomized the reputation of the sleazy, dishonest car salesperson! I ended up at BAYSIDE VW where they provided OUTSTANDING service recovery and I was happy to give them my business. I gladly recommend the team at BAYSIDE VW! Kudos to Andrew Kovach, Emil Peychev and Angelo Alexiadis. More
