I recently had my 2016 ram in for service on my rear axle pinion bearings and bent axle shaft. The service was excellent from the start to the finish and my truck was finished and ready to pick up much soone pinion bearings and bent axle shaft. The service was excellent from the start to the finish and my truck was finished and ready to pick up much sooner than I was told. Ron was excellent in keeping in touch with me at every step of the process. He handled all of the correspondence with the extended warranty folks. Kyle handled the repair very quickly and cured both the issues. I would not hesitate to bring my truck back for service at Platinum. More

No one even talked to us Wife and I went in on Friday night . Walked around looking at the Jeeps in the dealership lot. She found one she liked and wanted to test drive.
