The woman at the front desk, not sure of her name, was very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told at check out that I would be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. This was not disclosed in any of the Several Emails I received confirming the appointment. I would think about going elsewhere due to this policy. More

When I walked into Buick GMC on 8/14/21, I didn’t realize that I would be finally get to experience working with their Sales Representive, Ryan Nimmo. He assisted me in learning all about all of the featu that I would be finally get to experience working with their Sales Representive, Ryan Nimmo. He assisted me in learning all about all of the features of the Buick Encore which I had my “eye” on for a while. Although he is new to this dealership, Ryan showed his professionalism by explaining all of the features of this model. When he accompanied me on a “test” drive and explained further information, I knew this was the car for me. Ryan is very knowledgeable, very customer-service oriented and will go out of his way to get you the answer to question you may have. Ryan is a definite asset to the Empire Buick GMC Team. More
