I came in for routine service, with an 8:30am appointment made a few days prior. I was told explicitly over the phone that an 8:30 arrival would be "perfectly fine, we don't get busy until 9am" and that the made a few days prior. On arrival, I noticed numerous other customers in the waiting area who appeared to have been waiting for quite some time. In fact, my routine service took a total of almost 4 hours. It took over two hours for the Multi-Point Inspection (which had been performed in the past few months anyway) to be conducted. Aside from the routine oil change, there were 2 recommended procedures from the service manager, each priced at around $260. I was persuaded to have the Fuel Injection cleaning/flushing--largely influenced by the mindset of "I've waited this long, I might as well get it done." Upon later investigation, I discovered that this particular service is, in fact, NOT recommended by the manufacturer. In fact, it was explicitly termed an "unnecessary maintenance procedure"; any fuel injector issues should be addressed by replacement of that part. Additionally, my vehicle has less than 27,000 miles on it, and is in good working condition. I do not appreciate the on-the-spot pressure to have this unnecessary service completed, and CERTAINLY not for the price of almost $300 (with tax) and the loss of an entire morning. Moreover, this is not the first time I have spent an exorbitant amount of time at Planet Honda for routine service procedures. I had a tire issue earlier in the summer that required tire replacement--that visit also took over 4 hours in its entirety. I cannot keep wasting my time and money at this dealership. DO NOT give this dealership your business, unless you have a superfluous amount of time to spare. More

Extremely dissatisfied. Avoid getting your vehicle serviced here. They will get you in for a reasonable price but then call you for a problem they found while servicing you car. At the time of check out they will add up to 25% additional more miscellaneous charges. In my case, I went for a free honda fit recall. They found a broken seal in the axle which must be replaced -- the cost $320 and also recommended tire rotation for $28. By the time I checked out, I payed $427. This kind of practice of preying on customers who are not experts in details of car maintenance and deceptive pricing is just not right. Find a local car mechanic or definitely find another honda dealer with better more transparent business practice. More
This is the absolute worst service dealer for Honda. They are so rude and disorganized. I never heard of no walk-ins just to get air in my tires. The rude manager said to also leave the car with him and he will look at it the next day and there was no ride to take me home. My ride is all the way in New York. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard just for air. I will never ever deal with the service or sales department again. I ended up getting air at a gas station which was free of charge and it took a couple of minutes. I also got my Honda towed there for another situation and they almost lost the car and no one ever called to update me on how my Honda was. I had to call. Never again will I go here. The dealers in new York are better. More
