He wasn't the one doing appointment take in but the other guy wasn't available. He even checked on us once. We were using our free services that came with our car and there was a mistake and they charged us he happened to be walking by and even helped in the fixing of that. Sadly 2 of our sales people have left but one is still there. No matter what everytime we come in they always find us and talk with us making sure all is still going well. They aren't just trying to sell stuff they care. They have a nice place to sit and coffee and snacks while you wait for service as well. More

My vehicle died in the parking lot of a store at night and it was starting to snow and was cold. I had no power at all so couldn’t run the heater and my phone was going to die because when I called the de and it was starting to snow and was cold. I had no power at all so couldn’t run the heater and my phone was going to die because when I called the dealers road side service they couldn’t find me in their system! I only have had my Jeep for a year and it was still under warranty. The road side Assistence made me pay the towing fee which should have been free per my warranty. Then they took 4 hrs of me calling back and forth (hence the dying phone) because they never sent me my towing request and every time I’d call back they’d have to redo the towing request cause it wasn’t going thru cause they had the wrong name. After 4hrs I finally found someone who knew what they were doing and were willing to look into things further to help! Finally got the towing request in and the tow truck showed up within 45 mins. My Jeep was towed to the dealership and they fixed it within 4 days (longer than I thought since they told me it was just the battery gone dead.) but they were nice and courteous. I would recommend the dealership but maybe nor their road side Assisstance service. More

This dealership took care of us. On Dec 27, 2021 our family was on the way to flagstaff from Phoenix when our 17 Pacifica began to shudder and lose power. I was advised that the #5 cylinder was misfiring and needed repair, unfortunately they were booked until January 10. However, Lou had me bring the van in the following morning and they fixed it in 4 hours and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Outstanding service, BZ. More
