Sleazy car dealers I found this dealer online and found a truck I wanted. I filled out the web form to get the internet price and was contacted by Jeremiah. He quoted me a good price so I drove the hour to get there. When they showed me numbers, the first set was 7,000 higher than I was quoted. They were trying to screw me over on my trade too. The best part, they pretended to lose the keys to my vehcile so that I couldn't leave. In that time they threw me 3 other offers. This dealership has no integrity. More

Then at 2:26 I called and spoke directly with Katie the internet manager. I asked point blank "is the Prius still available and can we come drive it tonight?" She said yes and scheduled us an appointment for 6:30 as we had over an hours drive. Upon our arrival she said it had been sent to Phoenix to have a gauge fixed. When I pressed her as to how long she'd known she said an hour. Had she made the effort to call and be honest that would have been accepted but now I feel that her lack of honesty is probably reflected by the entire company. More

This time I actually worked with a salesman and was seriously ready to pull the trigger and buy a vehicle. After a long evening of working a deal it seemed we had come to a spot where I was willing to proceed. I wanted to think it over for the night and since it was after closing I also wanted to feed my family with plans to return the next day. The next day I called my salesman and he told me he would call me back. He never did. Because I obviously wasn't important enough for him to return my call and make the deal we had signed off on, I took my business elsewhere. Customer service here is lacking and costing them business. Every time they claimed they fixed it, this unprofessional place could not fix it. Even though it was under warranty???? So sad that a place that sells Jeeps doesn't know how to fix them! Service manager Mike was ridiculous I might add, no since of urgency and definitely didn't care if we were taken care of or not. Taking it to a dealer in Phoenix so it can get repaired by a real mechanic!!! More
Will not honor their contract... I purchased a new 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 from Planet Dodge/Jeep. They did not own the vehicle and located it through their network in a dealership in Tuc I purchased a new 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 from Planet Dodge/Jeep. They did not own the vehicle and located it through their network in a dealership in Tucson, Az. I took delivery of the vehicle and this is where the trouble starts. The salesman was let go and no longer works for the business. The dealership after numerous phone calls and 6 weeks later, has failed to pay my loan off at a local credit union for the vehicle I traded in. The finance department actually lied to me several times that the check to pay the vehicle was sent over a week ago by UPS. The credit union has searched for the check and denies being in possession of it. The loan is still my responsibility and my old truck is now for sale on the dealership's used vehicles lot and on the internet even though they legally do not own the vehicle because they have not fully paid for it. They have not met their legal obligations under our contract. I have told them I may repossess the vehicle for failing to pay the contract. I would not do business with this dealership and "NO" they are not doing any maintenance on my new truck. I have learned the hard way they conduct business. More
Shady Dealership trying to unload problem vehicl I just had a not so great experience with one of Planet Chryslers salesmen. I contacted an ad for a 1999 Dodge 3500 Diesel truck in the "For Sale By O I just had a not so great experience with one of Planet Chryslers salesmen. I contacted an ad for a 1999 Dodge 3500 Diesel truck in the "For Sale By Owner" section on flagstaff craigslist to find out that it was actually listed by a salesmen for this dealership. That should have been my first warning about this deal but I really wanted the truck so I continued talking with the salesmen. I asked questions about the mechanical state of the vehicle to find out that they haven't done a mechanical inspection of the vehicle and were trying to offload it quick through craigslist. The truck is also not listed on their website under used vehicles so I'm assuming they're trying to sell it with as little association with their dealership as possible. But still I pressed on! After agreeing to a price for the truck I began making plans to come see it this Friday, checking flights, getting someone to watch my dog, etc. I asked the salesmen if I needed to put down a deposit on the vehicle to hold it for me and after he responded with $1,000 to hold it; I asked if the deposit was refundable contingent on there being no major issues with the truck when I showed up. This is where the interaction turned south. He responded back with, and I quote, "If I take a deposit and sell it to someone else an hour later is that ok?" and proceeded to get angry that my interest in the vehicle was contingent on them not trying to sell a vehicle that wasn't safe to be drive down the road. On multiple occasions he stated that you can't expect his dealership to be selling a used vehicle without issues. Moral of the story: Don't buy a used vehicle from this dealership if you're expecting to drive a decent vehicle off the lot without undisclosed issues. More

Lost appointment info, No parts in stock, When I called to follow up on an online request for an appointment, there was no record of my submission. So I gave the information again, over the phone and asked for an appointment time. When I arrived at the dealership my first contact was with Tina who was abrupt to the point of rudeness. I asked the next employee, a service writer, if there was a record of my call or the submission, he went in the office to check. The Manager chose to deliver the bad news to me with an offense-is-the-best-defense attitude, which was unimpressive. There was no record of my call or online submission. After getting my car into their system, I asked that my husband be called with the results of the diagnostics. The service writer said they would call me, refusing my request. My husband called them. Eventually they figured out the problem but didn't have the parts, spark plugs & coil, in stock. They refused to expedite the delivery of the parts despite knowing I would be stranded 2.5 hours from home for the remainder of the weekend if the parts didn't arrive the next day (Saturday). Jed was pleasant to work with or the rating would have been lower. This was my second experience with Planet Dodge's Service Department. More
