Lies and Mismanagement I've never been a fan of being lied to, especially when it comes to my vehicle. I had $883 of services performed and provided coupons as directed, bef I've never been a fan of being lied to, especially when it comes to my vehicle. I had $883 of services performed and provided coupons as directed, before service. Not only were the coupons not applied, but it took an entire month to get my refund. This was all handled by the service manager Jessica Mohr - the Manager no less. When I first realized the coupons weren't applied she quickly told me, "I took it off the back end." I went home, looked over my invoice and there was no refund applied anywhere. I then called and she said she would get on it. Nothing happened for days. I called again and she said she was going to give me a credit on future service - I did not request that, I wanted my refund. She said she would take care of it. Two weeks later nothing had happened, so I called yet again. I left several messages and had no reply. She would call and NOT leave a message - what's the point? She knew I lived remotely and tried to tell me that she had been calling and leaving messages but I wasn't getting them - as if I am so stupid that I don't know cell phones get all messages once in coverage areas. Unreal. I finally had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. I am shocked that a company would employ a liar like Jessica Mohr, let alone make her the service manager. I will never give this company another penny and would advise anyone who cares about integrity to avoid this place like the plague. More

My emitions cleaning was done wrong with many check engine lights coming on. Stored my truck out back with no air filter installed and driving on gravel like that. Had cross country drive issues the whole way. Finely had it fixed at West Palm fl. Said I needed a new egr cooler because of improper cleaning! All together $3000 to fix what this dealership did extremely poor and improper. I'll never do business with them again! More
