Planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Flagstaff

I attempted to have recalls completed on my 2016 dodge promaster. They said they did the VB2 transmission related recall, in the process they damaged the transmission and it was discovered by another dea promaster. They said they did the VB2 transmission related recall, in the process they damaged the transmission and it was discovered by another dealership that they didn't install the VB2 at all. I am out several hundred dollars which dodge has refused to reimburse me. Luckily the transmission was covered by the drive train warranty or i would be out over $5000. More

I called on a Friday morning around 7:30 to 8 am. Called the service department talked with jerrahed and he said he was swamped and list was full.
