Best customer service ever!!!! These guys replaced one of my tires, and changed my oil. Detailed the car to the point it looked like the first day I bought it. unacceptable Please read the entire review and the update at the end I was in for a scheduled service, a 10,000 mile oil change with tire rotation on my 2017 F-25 Please read the entire review and the update at the end I was in for a scheduled service, a 10,000 mile oil change with tire rotation on my 2017 F-250. I also had them check out my horn. I called four days ahead and scheduled both the service and the horn issue. It took over two and a half hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. After the second time I asked for the status I was told they were looking at the horn. The low side horn needs to be replaced, which was not in stock even though I called in with the issue four days prior. Finally at the three hour mark I asked for my truck I was ready to leave. I did not want to wait any longer for a wash. I have the prepaid Ford performance maintenance plan and this did not speed anything up. I also drive more than 60 miles to get to this dealership and pass three other Ford dealerships along the way. I told them I was waiting and at no time was made aware that it may take three hours.Finally they did not fill my DEF tank, which is part of the service and I also made sure I requested to be filled when I dropped off the truck. This is not the first time that was missed. I love the dealership, yet by far this was my worst experience there to date. I am hoping it will not take another three hours when I can find the time to drive over an hour to get there and have the horn repaired. *******UPDATE********* The day after I posted this review I was contacted by the president of the dealership. He apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged that what happened was not acceptable.He did not make any excuses he only offered solutions. He offered to make it right, and he did. When the part came in I was contacted and the part was installed on my truck. The truck was restored to full working order, including a great free wash, without causing any inconvenience to me what so ever. Pioneer Ford went above and beyond what was expected to right this small issue. I thank them for their exceptional service, making me feel like an elite customer, and personal touch. I will continue to Pioneer Ford and recommend them to others. More

Starting with the initial contact with Lauren Caldwell, I felt they were differen Pioneer Ford made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. Starting with the initial contact with Lauren Caldwell, I felt they were different -- they were responsive and were showing me that they valued me as a potential customer. Lauren responded to me and Doug Bailey responded to me, and so I made plans to take the 1.3 hour trip to go see the Royal Crimson Metallic Mustang GT Premium they had available to sell. The dealership was pristine clean, I was greeted by all that I encountered when I walked in, so they made me feel very at ease and rather at home --- which is not common in a car dealership environment today -- not from my experience. The car was clean and ready for me to see, parked right out front and ready for a test drive. I loved the car, but I chose to buy this car from Pioneer Ford because of the people. Everyone I met there was great, they are my kind of people, they are car people and good people. They showed great respect for me and earned my respect in return. It was the start of a relationship, not one that ends with the purchase of the car. I will be making the drive back down to see them, because it's worth it. More
