Took too long! I feel like they did a great job on my Explorer and were honest about needed repairs but I was there for over three hours. This was just for an oil ch I feel like they did a great job on my Explorer and were honest about needed repairs but I was there for over three hours. This was just for an oil change and 5 point inspection. I made the appointment, it’s not like I was a walk in. I couldn’t understand an hour or even two but not three hours for what was done. I was upset because a couple of people having the same service I had left before me and they arrived after I did. More
