Above and beyond service Brought my truck in because check engine light came on. Service department was very busy but worked me in and repaired my vehicle under warranty. Dissappointed on first ever service call I was misinformed about how to schedule an electrical situation or I misunderstood . I have always heard how great pioneer ford as a whole is . I will reschedule next week ..after Thanksgiving. I brought my car to be serviced for the very first time and been having issues with backup camera and Bluetooth . I was told after service work was done the camera tech wouldn’t be there until tomorrow at 1pm”Thursday”. I told Jason I would be back on Thursday and being my car hadn’t been washed he could wash it tomorrow . I did ask if I needed to do anything besides being back on 1 p m next day . I wasn’t rod I needed to schedule . So I didn’t get car washed or electrical looked at . I was looking forward to my car wash one reason I decided to come to pioneer . Another reason I bought was because of Larry Morrow a great guy and salesman . I attended the dinner back in summer and enjoyed very much and the owner of pioneer seems to be a Christian man which to me is important . When we get the dust settled I’m sure I’ll be giving a 5 on service instead of 3 . I apologize for any actions I may have used that were not Christian behavior and I’m sure we will be ok Donnie Willingham More

Great service! I dropped my SUV off for service due to a part on recall. I dropped it off in the late morning my wife picked me up and we had some lunch. We went home, not to long after we were home I was called and told the car was ready. This was very quick and easy. No problems at all it was taken care of for me and my car isn't brand new. Easy and painless I have been looking for an older Mustang for a while now and I saw that Pioneer Ford had one that fit the bill I had to go look. When I got there I fe I have been looking for an older Mustang for a while now and I saw that Pioneer Ford had one that fit the bill I had to go look. When I got there I felt very welcome, and everyone there was extremely friendly. My salesmen Doug was extremely helpful and was honest, and that’s hard to find from a car salesman. He wasn’t pushing me to purchase the car, he was more worried about making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. We discussed payments and made sure I was able to get a payment around what I could afford. Now I’m the owner of my 2014 Mustang Gt and I couldn’t be more proud! More
