My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was performed the tire rotation was not. I was charged for both. I got home and noticed the tire rotation had not been completed. I drove back up there and asked about it and was told that the back tires needed to stay where they were. They were worn more than the front. Which I understand. They didn’t discuss this with me when I picked it up. I did receive a refund for that service. This is not the first survey I have done in which all I did was complain. I complained last visit as well. The service department has consistently went further and further down. I don’t know if it’s just my vehicle that keeps getting the raw deal or not. I spoke with the service manager both times. More
