Pioneer Ford Bremen Ga. Recently had excellent customer service Apr 2 2021. The 2020 Ford Explorer ST had a factory defective windshield. Contacted my salesperson Kemp Owens. He suggested bringing vehic service Apr 2 2021. The 2020 Ford Explorer ST had a factory defective windshield. Contacted my salesperson Kemp Owens. He suggested bringing vehicle back to dealership. Kemp asked his supv Norman to view. Norman had Service mgr Jason to handle the situation. Jason took pics to send to Ford Corporate. Ford agreed to the replacement. Service was scheduled and Ed service scheduler contacted me when ready for drop off and pick up. Everything went well and I was totally satisfied. The 2020 Explorer ST is more than we expected.
