Towed my vehicle to repair a non working automatic transmission. Was told that it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get to my vehicle. They only have one service guy that repairs transmissions. I had to rent transmission. Was told that it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get to my vehicle. They only have one service guy that repairs transmissions. I had to rent a car at $350 a week because I only had one car. Four weeks later the car was still not repaired and told it might take two months longer to get the vehicle repaired. Limited parts and only one repair person. I had to buy an 18 year old vehicle to save money on substitute transportation. I need to say that I am unemployed due to Covid 19th since Feb 1st and money was extremely tight. I did get the vehicle repaired and picked up one day short of three months. WORLDS WORSE SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN 50 YEARS OF DRIVING!!!!! More

I have purchased many cars over the years and have found Pioneer Ford is simply the best. They really have a smooth process. Me and my family have purchased 3 cars from Pioneer Ford this year bringing the total to 7 cars/trucks since 2015. I have “phoned in” a purchase on one car where everything was handled over the phone, talk about convenient. I did go to the dealership to finalize the paperwork but Pioneer Ford would have delivered the car to me. I was in and out very quickly. Truthfully I like “visiting my friends” at Pioneer Ford and thoroughly enjoy talking with the entire staff. There’s no better dealership. More
