Dropped vehicle off for oil change and tire rotation Monday morning, called that evening to check on my vehicle and never got a call back. Got a call Tuesday morning that it was ready to go, arrived fo Monday morning, called that evening to check on my vehicle and never got a call back. Got a call Tuesday morning that it was ready to go, arrived for pick up Tuesday evening and tires hadn’t been rotated, when I asked about it nobody knew anything, they asked tech and said tread was too low, never said anything about that when they called to let me know it was ready or when I got there until I brought it up. Yes the tires are getting worn but not to the point they can’t be rotated. I was told I’d need new tires in my next few services, I know that. Won’t be back, all my trucks have been serviced there for the last 15 years. More
