There was a concern about the service of our escape. Kim is the worst service Person ! She didn’t ask if I wanted a cabin filter she just did it. She didn’t call me to tell me my truck was ready. I had to call them after hours. Took truck in for oil/filter change, tire rotation, and check brakes due to advised on previous visit may need changed. Brakes were not an issue. I always remove front valve cap to make sure wheel is shifted to new location which indicates tires were rotated. After paying bill, went out and found wheels not rotated but was charged for it. I confronted service desk personnel who checked with mechanic. Mechanic stated tread wear was even so did not rotate. Consulted with service manager who was apologetic and offered comp service. Be careful and double check that work is actually done you are paying for. Will no longer do business at Pioneer Ford. More
