I had to wait for over a week for an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation which was very frustrating and made me reconsider having the service performed at this dealership. Also in the numerous other times my vehicles have been serviced this dealership had always washed the vehicles as an added perk. I had two vehicles serviced one day apart and neither were washed. I believe their level of customer service is slipping a little bit and I will likely consider quick lube businesses in the future. I purchased both vehicles at this dealership along with several others over the last few years. More
