Besides having to wait 3hrs for tire rotation, oil change, and battery replacement the overall service was good. The service has always been good at Pioneer but the waiting time is the big killer. I understand places are short staffed etc...but you make an appointment to have service done and it shouldn't take that long for what I was having done. If they could just improve that it would be a home run. More
