I'm rating Pioneer Ford a 5 because they are exceptional to deal with from purchase to repair, but my car has had issues since we bought it in May and still is not repaired. They had a Ford Engineer out to to deal with from purchase to repair, but my car has had issues since we bought it in May and still is not repaired. They had a Ford Engineer out to check the vehicle, but it still did not fix it. I intend to take it back after the first of the year. I have also contacted an attorney in regard to all my options.
