We dealt with Bob Winiarczyk, Robby Byrom, Bob Bagby, Luke Siegwarth, and Jason Carruth. They are all GREAT. We now live 5 hours from the dealership and it was a no brainer to return. We did not look anywhere else and they made the savings worth the drive. Our experience with their service is that if we had an issue from 5 hours away; they would still stand behind it. We are HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!! Thank you Pioneer Ford family; keep up the great work! More
Have been a customer here for years, but had not been in for service in some months. Initial contact was difficult as no advisor asked me anything for way too long. Never had bee. Like that before. Got 4 ti for service in some months. Initial contact was difficult as no advisor asked me anything for way too long. Never had bee. Like that before. Got 4 tires and oil/works package. Left the truck for several days. When picking up truck, bull was more than expected and was very difficult to understand (discount wasn’t obvious, labor charge for one item was out of bounds, etc). But, no one could explain it to me. Cashier said, “I have no idea”. Took forever for the same service advisor who took my truck initially to finally come over and try to help. Not much help though. And, most of all, after 4 new tires, service and $1500 of my money, I have to get the blue off the new tires. Now, they used to always wash the vehicle when you have service done. Apparently no longer. I was told basically “no way” unless you allow us to put a sticker on the truck. I’d do that no problem, but I shouldn’t have to wash the blue off the tires, figure out the bill on my own, navigate through the whole “we ain’t washing it” thing and leave not so happy (BTW the tires in the front were under inflated). One longer term service advisor (might be manager) is and always has been awesome. I suspect too much turnover and some policy changes may force my had to go be a customer at another dealer. More

Sales dept. was great. Service charged for services that were not done, they charged for tire rotation but did not do it. Makes you wonder what else they did not was great. I had vehicle towed to dealer for fuel leak. Vehicle set at dealer for approximately 1 week without even being looked at. Called but no return call by Service Advisor. Went to dealer and talked with Service Manager - ordered parts about a day to two days later. Did not start on actual repair until 2 or 3 days after part was received. Was way overcharged for labor for this repair (and the last repair as well). I will now need to find another facility to service my vehicles. More
Pioneer has always been excellent and I'm hoping I just had a bad experience, but my most recent experience with the Service Department was not anything like it's been in the past. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I hope my experience next time is like what it used to be. The main struggles with this appointment were poor communication and just the general feeling that no one cares. It also took 3 weeks to get an appointment for basic service (Oil Change + Tire Balance). It was just so much different than it used to be. More
