Always Excellent Customer Service!! I called and was able to schedule a service appointment for my wife's Explorer the next day even though this was the week of the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called and was able to schedule a service appointment for my wife's Explorer the next day even though this was the week of the Thanksgiving Holiday. The vehicle was ready by lunch the following day. When I arrived to pay for the service the cashier let me know that I had earned a free oil change so the repair did not cost me anything!!!! My wife and I came back later that evening to pick up her vehicle and I spoke to one of the service advisors about an issue with my F150s key fob. He took me to the parts counter where one of the employees promptly replaced the batteries in my key fob at no charge!!! I really could not ask for any more exceptional customer service than what Pioneer Ford deliveries to their customers on a daily basis!! THANK YOU More

A rewarding experience My visit to the Ford lot in Bremen Georgia, was very rewarding. Went and looked at the Jeep place in the Toyota place in a couple other dealerships. Heather would text me every now and then just tell me hey and wanted to know if we found what we were looking for. So after about a week with that back by the Ford Place. Heather was a very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the lot. All the other sales reps for very friendly and told us hey and I said how we were. And then we met the manager of the store he was a very nice gentleman, and between him and Heather got the price down on the vehicle that we wanted. So we drove off the lot after closing and are brand new Ford Escape. The employees at this dealership we're very friendly knowledgeable and we're not pushy. They wanted to know what we were looking for and what we wanted to make car payments be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone More
