Pleasant experience My previous vehicle had just breathed its last breath and my wife and I had been out all Saturday afternoon trying to find another vehicle. We definitely weren’t looking forward to the experience, since all of our previous vehicle purchases had been filled with high pressure haggling, which always left us frustrated even if we did find a vehicle we liked. When we walked onto the lot, Doug came out to greet us. He walked us around the lot and showed us their inventory, however unlike other salesman at other dealerships Doug seemed to be more interested in how he could make the experience positive, regardless of whether or not we bought a vehicle from him. Doug explained the philosophy of Pioneer Ford and it was clear that they put the customer first from sales to service. We left the lot that day with a great truck and new friends.
