Pioneer really goes one step above to make sure the customer is happy. Anytime something has taken longer than expected, they have called and put us in a loaner vehicle. One time, the seat had broke in our new explorer and the parts were on back order so Pioneer put us in a new Ford Edge for 4 weeks while we waited for the part to come in. It wasn't their fault the parts were on back order but they still made sure we were taken care of. That's the difference between other dealerships and Pioneer Ford. More

Although, I have not utilized the service department at this time I was impressed that a tour of the area was provided during the process. The superior customer service we received over the years, is the reason our entire family has always purchased cars from him. When Bob left to open his own dealership, Pioneer Ford, we automatically went with him. At Pioneer Ford we found that everyone makes you feel like family, not just like Bob had through the years. This weekend I took my daughter to buy her 1st car, which marked 3 generations as customers at Pioneer Ford for our family. When we got there Doug Bailey came up and introduced himself and started asking us what we were looking for. He listened to what my daughter was wanting and immediately put her at ease, while letting her look around at her pace before making any decisions. She test drove several cars and ended up deciding to purchase a new 2018 ECOSPORT Titanium addition. We ended up working with Kelly Noaker, the finance manager, who was just as amazing as Doug. She made sure we understood what we were signing and presented all of the additional options for us to choose from. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything we didn’t want. However we did feel like she provided enough knowledge about our options, for us to make an educated decision about what best fit our needs and budget. After working with the different team members at Pioneer Ford, I realized that everyone who works there treats you the way Bob has always treated our family through the years. No matter what department they worked in or who you are, you’re made to feel like you’re as important as anyone else. The best part of it all, is you walk away feeling like you’re part of the Pioneer Ford family for life! As a mother, there’s no better feeling in the world, then knowing that your children (and even their children) will always be taken care of when buying a car. It puts your mind at ease knowing you nor your family have to worry about being taken advantage of by another dealership again! You become a customer for life, just knowing you will always receive the same car buying experience no matter who you work with at Pioneer Ford! More
