Crooks and scam artist Place is a joke. Had my ac replaced to the tune of $1600 for it to only last 2 weeks. Take it back after vacation to find out they want another $900 t Place is a joke. Had my ac replaced to the tune of $1600 for it to only last 2 weeks. Take it back after vacation to find out they want another $900 to fix it. Said the condenser is now leaking and they couldn’t have caused it. It’s leaking right next to the lines going into and didn’t leak before they touched it, but leaked out within 2 weeks of getting the car back. Don’t do business with pioneer ford unless you like being let down, scammed, and dealing with crooks trying to steal your money. More

They showed us several vehicles to fit our needs and helped us compare them. We finally settled on one and they went to work to try to get us approved for a payment in our budget but it just wasn’t working. When we were ready to give up, they told us what we needed to do and then come back in 2 weeks. We did what they asked. When we went back, we were approved for a payment way below what we had suggested. They never gave up on us. They treated us with respect and didn’t look at us as just another sale. More

Poor service I took my 2017 Fusion to the service while under warranty when the head liner was pulling loose. They didn't have a loaner car and I work full time. F I took my 2017 Fusion to the service while under warranty when the head liner was pulling loose. They didn't have a loaner car and I work full time. Finally got that done and then the sun visor fell out of place when my grandson pulled on it. It took months for them to get the part that needed to be replaced. Finally 7/2/18 when I called them about it they said that had the part; again they didn't have a loaner. So, I took it by that day and left it with them. Went back and picked it up later that day after I called them back (said they couldn't reach me). I had to pay the service charge which was $70.00 plus. However, when my daughter tried to pull it down yesterday, it fell out of place again. Long story short, it was not fixed. Today, 7/5/18 I left a message for the supervisor over the service department to lodge a complaint but she has not called me back. The men working in the department are very nice and accommodating; I don't have a problem with them. I would like to know what you are going to do to make this right? Do I need to take it to the Ford Dealership in Carrollton to get this problem finally taken care of? More
