Using USAA pricing from a Charlotte dealer that was pricing about $1000 I knew exactly what car, color, options I wanted and they had the exact car. Using USAA pricing from a Charlotte dealer that was pricing about $1000 below the Pinehurst USAA quote, I knew exactly what I was willing to pay for the new Genesis. My trade was a 2014 Accord LX with aftermarket leather in excellent condition. I knew exactly what I required for the trade and after a bit of whining from the sales manager we agreed to my numbers. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would say that after agreeing to the deal the sales manager did continue to whine enough that it seemed as though he wanted my to feel that I had been unfair in my price negotiations and his overall personality was a bit bland. More
