Hyundai Accent 2016 Hatchback Review I really appreciated the positive attitude from sales manager, Jim , in assuring me he could have the car that I was looking for the very next day aft I really appreciated the positive attitude from sales manager, Jim , in assuring me he could have the car that I was looking for the very next day after letting him know what I was interested in. I could tell that he is very proud of the team he has and their ability to deliver with actions and not words. I felt comfortable with Mike as we looked about the lot and he answered all my questions and concerned professionally and with a friendly demeanor and knowledgeable with no pressure and I truly felt that Hyundai has the reputation of quality and good service with excellent warranty that after taking a test drive it was a no brainer to buy the car. I felt very comfortable as the gentleman went over every document closely with me prior to signing the paperwork and enjoyed the small talk as well which lessened any sense of formality and made asking questions easy and open. I used TrueCar from the internet to make my initial inquiry and was very happy to see that this was well received and with a quick response as well. The car is going to be a great second addition for around time driving and for my college age daughter's commute locally. Thanks for letting me share! More
