I am so impressed!!!! My 2018 Subaru Outback has had a mysterious battery problem that another dealer could not diagnose. After a couple of days, the battery would die. I decided to try a new dealer and luckily found Tom Patanio at Pine Belt Subaru. Not only was he welcoming, thorough and obliging, he was SMART! He was able to diagnose the very issue that the other dealer failed to recognize. Tom is my new go-to when my Subaru needs servicing. He is the man! More

Tire Install I bought my tires from Bob and Mike in the parts dept, set up the install, then there was an appointment opening problem, Bob spoke with Bill in the s I bought my tires from Bob and Mike in the parts dept, set up the install, then there was an appointment opening problem, Bob spoke with Bill in the service dept, and explained my problem and they fit us in, things didn't get finished the first day, but it did get done the following day. With all the inconvenience of time, both Bob and Bill worked with me and discounted my overall cost. All three of the men were a pleasure to do business with. More
