We purchased our Subaru from here in late 2016 and so far the car has been pretty good. This dealership seems like they care about their customers during their buying experience but what about after? Recentl the car has been pretty good. This dealership seems like they care about their customers during their buying experience but what about after? Recently we needed to get the windshield replaced, again, and the service department has been nothing shy of terrible. We would have went with a windshield replacement company but this vehicle requires a particular one that you have to see the dealer for. So my wife attempted to get in touch with someone over the course of 4-5 days. Through numerous calls and voicemails her efforts were 100% unsuccessful. I finally tried speaking to someone myself and got in touch with a man named Dennis. He put me on hold then returned stating someone would contact me by the end of the day. You guessed it ladies and gentlemen, no phone call came my way. I would highly, highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru here to shop somewhere else. Some place where they actually care about serving their customers and not just getting them to buy a vehicle. To the individuals responsible for this review, way to go. You have personally concreted the belief for myself and others who will read this that car dealerships are a complete joke and deal in games, illusions and phony business practices. More
