To start and with all fairness, Stephen (finance manager), Adeeyah + Alma (sales persons) were very nice and i would buy a car from them again. Only if it was at a different dealership! The reason why - I got a "CERTIFIED" used Crosstrek, shortly after i took ownership (like less than 2 weeks) it was back in for service due to noises from multiple areas.. said it was a bearing, a week later i got it back. Drive off the lot, the noise i reported was still there. Go back, tell them, now its a break issue, 2 days later i get it back. Now, 2 weeks later i take it back for more noise. Another brake issue, this time is because "aftermarket" brakes were put on before i took ownership of it. Why would a dealership certify a car with aftermarket parts? Then tell me it's not covered as well as the sound coming from the windshield not being sealed properly, that i mentioned the first time i took it in. Now they tell me that i have had the car a drove it enough that they wont cover anything at all. All the while, from the first day i got it i mentioned all the noises the car was making. They said "it's normal", even when i said it wasn't. NOW they bring up everything i stated before that needs to be fixed but wont honor ANY OF IT! Tom in service i guess is a good guy, dont know him personally, but, after he gave me the ridiculous prices i told him to forget it and that i was never going back there again. So he just gave me the diagnostic bill ($92) for nothing being done and walked away without a word or a care. After this i get a call from a guy named Nick, stating that they want to make everything right and that they will refund my bill for the diagnostic and get the work the car needs clear and taken care of, loaner and the whole bit, only to call me back a few days later and tell me otherwise. PURE BS! Seeing that my wife is in need of a new/newer car, we'll be going elsewhere for sure. Jim Curley or Lester Glenn, whom we have never had any issue with. Cant make a recommendation here due to the service department and constant BS. Also highly considering a formal complaint with corporate customer service. More

Just got done my 30 day “pit stop” and did a tech tutorial with Justin G. So glad I did because now I actually know how to use all of the tech features of my 2022 Subaru Outback! Justin was great - h tutorial with Justin G. So glad I did because now I actually know how to use all of the tech features of my 2022 Subaru Outback! Justin was great - he answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly while showing me right on my vehicle. And as an added bonus, Subaru gave me a $25 gas card for doing the tutorial! My experience with Tom, Mark and the whole Service Department was amazing. They definitely went above and beyond in repairing my 2018 Subaru, saving my vacation and treating myself and situation like Department was amazing. I had my first service experience with my new car called Pit Stop which is done 30 days after purchase. The service tech's were very professional. I also received an educational class that answered questions about vehicle operation. In regards to the service , I worked w AMANDA HAZARD who was great! Next, JOSEPH (JT) SASSO sat in the car with us and reviewed every feature, bell and whistle that the car has.
