It appears that I was over charged for my car. I purchased the car about 7 weeks ago. Last week it was totaled in an accident. The insurance company valued it at $23,000. I thought they were low balling me until I started shopping for a replacement. I went to a Jeep dealer looking for the same car. They had plenty to choose from and most of them were under $23,000. You guys charged me $26,000. I traded in a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee. You said it was $4,000 toward my purchase. . Shame on me for trusting you by not shopping around. I was under the impression that you were giving me a fair deal. You guys got me. It will NOT happen again I think in this day of social media, you guys would be concerned about how people talk about their experience. I guess you guys don’t care. Thanks for sharpening my senses.
