When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted by Manager, Matthew Lavender. Matthew introduced me to Product Specialist, Lawrence Mincey. Lawrence was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Also Finance Manager, Stephen, was professional and efficient. I had not planned to buy my new car on Saturday as it was my first visit. I am now a proud owner of a Subaru Crosstrek!
