I purchased my first car this past Tuesday at Pinebelt Subaru. I walked in to the dealership with my father and mother on hand to help me make the right decision. I'm 28, but I know nothing about cars or negotiating! We met with Ron Sikkema, and he was ultimately responsible for handling the sale of the car to me. It was freezing on the day that we went. Ron spent as much time as we needed walking around outside looking at the different models and providing valuable insight as to the benefits/drawbacks of certain Subaru models. I can't speak highly enough about Ron. I was nervous that whoever I worked with was going to pressure me into a sale that I wasn't comfortable. Ron never pressured me to do anything. He made suggestions based on what I told him I needed from the car. He never told me to buy a specific model or push me to upgrade to the premium or limited options. My whole family agreed that he was just so comfortable and easy to work with. A VERY nice man who genuinely wanted to see me leave with the right car. And I did! I purchased a 2012 Subaru Legacy, and I am ecstatic. Ron was very thorough in helping me through every step of the purchase process (pricing, finding insurance, etc.) I believe I got a great deal on this car. My mother and father are both going back to Ron in the next few months to buy Subarus as well. We are a subaru family, because they really are such great cars. They loved working with him as much as I did. I would highly recommend working with Ron Sikkema if you're in the market for a new car. John Mailot handled the paperwork end of my car sale. He was extremely professional, kind, and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable about the Subaru brand so he has good insight to provide. A very nice young man. John and Ron made a great team. Definitely go to Pinebelt Subaru to buy your next car! More
I went on line to see what cars were available and then called. Both Lisa's were very helpful and made me feel very at ease. Gil was an excellent salesman. They gave me a very competitive bid initially, were straight forward/honest, and did not try to pull any tricks. To be frank, I dreaded having to deal with car salesmen but these guys were a pleasure to deal with. This includes the salesman Gil and the manager who did not remain behind the office door, playing "good cop versus bad cop", but he also dealt straight with me. I hate to admit it but it was a pleasure dealing with them. More

I called in to Pine Belt Subaru only to get information on the new 2012 Foresters. I had zero intent on purchasing a car at all. I was connect with Matt who was the complete and total opposite of what you on the new 2012 Foresters. I had zero intent on purchasing a car at all. I was connect with Matt who was the complete and total opposite of what you would assume a car salesmen would be. He was the nicest, and most polite car salesmen I have ever dealt with. By the time Matt and I were done on the phone I was more then willing to look at a car for purchase. I went to the dealership the next day and talked with a number of different employees within the company and ended up buying the car. I would not only highly recommend Pine Belt, but I would hands down say to deal with Matt Mazza directly. More

Excellent price quoted by Internet Team. Tried to get lower price, but could not be beaten. No qualms about Internet price quoted for exact type of new car wanted and preferred options. Visited showroom 11/17/11 and had brand new Subaru Outback 2.51 Premium in the color (high demand) and all options picked, which I drove home on 12/1/11. No trade in. Everyone was very nice and worked with me; no high pressure sale or warranty. I would buy another car from Pine Belt Subaru, it was such a wonderful experience. More

I searched all over New Jersey and New York for the best price I could get on a 2011 Subaru Forester. I got the best price from Pine Belt and nobody could even come close to the price. The employees were very friendly at the dealership and they even drove to Pennsylvania to get me the car in the color I wanted. I would never go anywhere else but Pine Belt from here on out. I also have had bad experiences with management at other dealers but the manager John was excellent and extremely friendly. More
