I was in the market for a new car with a few makes/models in mind. My first (and only) stop was Pine Belt Subaru. We rolled into the dealership parking lot where we were greeted by Jason Sansone. To keep it short, Jason was not the stereotypical car salesman that many of us imagine. He is a normal guy that values much the same in life that I do: family, friends, pets, sports etc. My father and I were able to walk about the lot of new Legacys until i was sure of the one I wanted with no pressure at all. After choosing one I told Jason where i wanted to be with the payments and there was NO running back and forth to sales/financial supervisors. I think he went into that office twice, once with their first offer and a second time with mine, and that was that. Matt in finance dept. was helpful in giving me a great deal on the extended warranty and gap insurance. The car was washed and brought out front for me where Jason assisted in cleaning out my old car. I didnt time it exactly but we got to the dealer a bit before 12pm and we were taking off towards home before 3pm. To no fault of anyone inparticular, and I had not even realized, I didnt leave with my temp registration. No worries because Jason had drove to my home to drop it off at 9pm on his way home. This was a great overall car buying experience that wiped the slate clean of the bad experiences I had from years ago. More

Gil, my salesman, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the sales manager was very friendly as well, just make sure you go over your contract line by line and get exactly what you pay for and don't pay and the sales manager was very friendly as well, just make sure you go over your contract line by line and get exactly what you pay for and don't pay for what you don't get. My contract had a window etching added in and the window was not etched. I caught it and had them remove it from the price. Besides, it's just a moneymaking scheme anyway. It costs about $20 to etch a window and they charge $375. Another thing to watch for is their lifetime warranty and one year free oil change scheme. They say that if you get all your service done at their dealership you will get a free lifetime warranty on your car. They say the car needs and oil change and preventive service every 7500 miles. What they don't tell you is that the oil change is just that, oil and a filter, nothing else. The 7500 mile service that they require you to get for the free lifetime warranty, costs about $150. That's where they rotate the tires, fill your fluids, and inspect the belts, hoses, etc. Every other shop does all that as part of the oil change except for the tire rotation, but that is usually about $20 extra. If you don't pay for the service, you don't get the warranty. So it's really not a free warranty. In the long run, you are paying for it. You should also know that most auto insurance companies will sell you mechanical breakdown coverage at a very reasonable rate that will cover you for most mechanical and electrical failures on your car. I have this coverage with a $250 deductible and it costs about $100 per year per car. More

Throughout the entire process they kept in contact with me, gave me updates, and reassured me that they would do their absolute best to find the vehicle I was looking for. I couldn't be more thrilled about my 2012 Impreza. Gil did a fantastic job tracking down the vehicle, going over the features and options, and made the overall experience excellent. John made the paperwork quick, easy, and painless. The overall atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. Again I cannot express how thrilled I am about my purchase and will definitely be recommending both Subaru and this dealership to friends and family. Thanks again guys! More
The price I payed for the car seemed to be a far price. They were extremely friendly even the employees I wasn't dealing with were also friendly. I appreciated that Ray and John took good care of me, my husband, and my daughter. We had visited several dealers before we came to Pine Belt Subaru and none of them gave us the quality of service these gu husband, and my daughter. I felt like from the moment we walked in the door they were very welcoming. Ray did an absolutely excellent job of explaining the features of our car to us, and I really appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions without dismissing me because I was a woman (that happened at all of the other dealers we went to). Overall we had a wonderful experience and the refreshments, showroom with kids' play area, and memorial day bbq were AWESOME! More
