This is the second vehicle I purchased from the Pine Belt family, first being with Pine Belt Jeep where I was treated great and decided to come to Pine Belt Subaru for a vehicle that is AWD and good on gas, family, first being with Pine Belt Jeep where I was treated great and decided to come to Pine Belt Subaru for a vehicle that is AWD and good on gas, when I first met Jason Sansone he was professional, courteous and always had the answers to my questions.We wheeled and dealed and finally came to an agreeable price for my Subaru but the one thing that I really respected about Jason was the fact that after the sale was done, I had the keys to my car he could have easily said thank you and shaken my hand but instead asked me if I had an extra 10 - 15 minutes so he could better explain some of the features in my car, he showed me how to link my phone with the car radio and how to save numbers, did I say this was after the sale was done? I have told my co-workers, friends and family and I plan to be a return customer. More

things got hectic when the vehicle I had come to purchase (from an internet search) couldn't be found on the lot. When Matt was unable to find the vehicle, I spoke with John and he jumped into action - found the vehicle (which somehow had been up for wholesale just moments before my arrival) - and the rest was up to Matt. Matt's years of experience were quite evident in his handling of me - and we worked out an arrangement which resulted in my purchasing that vehicle which was almost wholesaled!.......Stuff happens - that is understood.....the reaction of these employees to a potentially embarrassing situation was commendable, and quite frankly, had a lot to do with my final decision to purchase.......... Of particular note were the actions of Matt. With the absence of the finance manager, Matt was called upon to handle all of the paperwork - a task which he accomplished with aplomb. The entire process was a bit lengthy, but the result was well worth it. More
